Pizza Night...

One night when Matt had off, we decided to let the kids make their own pizzas. Nicky wasn't having any part of it because he woke up from his nap cranky. But Emily and Alex helped make Nicky's. They had so much fun! After Emily went around and took everyone's pizza orders down, Alex and I went to Shoprite for all the ingredients. Once we got back, we got down to business. Matt and I made a white pizza with green peppers, oninons, and ricotta cheese and it was sooooo good. Even the kids turned out really good. We usually use don pepino sauce, but used ragu pizza sauce this time. I don't know if that's what made the difference, but all the pizzas were yummy.... I'm not sure why they are both crossing their eyes or why Alex is smiling like that, lol!
